I order 3 black tops from MRP online on 05 May 2013. On 11/12/2013 they delivered 3 black and white tops. I emailed and called their customer service dpt. On my email i attached the order confirmation email and i followed up with a phone call. I spoke with Carusha who confirmed that she can see i ordered 3 black tops and asked me to take a photo of the items i recieved, which i did. Today i get an email from Carusha telling me that the item i ordered is not available online and she requested that i send the confirmation again. To my suprise the items were changed on my order confirmation to black and white. Mr Price couldn't admit to making an error, instead I am made a? why the did they change my items in my order confirmation? I have the call on record where Carusha confirmed that I ordered 3 black tops. YOU MADE AN ERROR AND YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!
