I ordered a room divider panel, 3 x carpets and another item from Mr. Price online on 2013-11-23.

It was the first time I used this service. I received the 3 x carpets and additional item but the divider was never delivered.

I asked for feedback in December 2013 after I check the order and see it was closed online. Promises was made that the courier company will phone me for delivery. Today, 16 January 2014 I received a mail confirming that order is closed, item was delivered and I must "enjoy my unpacking"! I wish!!!

On 23th of January 2014 this order will be 2 months old. I paid for something I never received!!!

This is the worst online service I have ever experience and I make use of a couple of online stores.
