My phone Manager never got back to me

I was in Mr Price 8 days ago shopping long time cash customer and we went an hour before closing time to avoid it being to crowded I ask the teller for lip gloss I had items I purchase and cellphone in my hand. I proceeded by puting closthes and phone on the counter I then paid and took the lipgloss. We walked out and when we came by the entrance of the restaurant I realize I left my phone we turned back but store was close. Monday morning I went to the office and call them struggle from 8 to 10am phone engaged. Called the number at the back of my slip came through to a lady in finance I explained my situasion she assisted me by asking manager to contact me. At 10:30 I got a call the lady who spoke cut me short by saying ''I was on duty and we hav no phone here'' I asked where teller was she replied "coming later I will call her" got no reply. I called back and insisted to speak to the manager I told her what happened she told me the teller will be in later she will speak to here and call me back 9 days later still nothing. I work for a salary not to call after Mr price all the time, got no feedback from the so called the lady at finance again only nr who is never occupie never hel
