I visited the edgars store in liberty mall on saturday the 07/09/2013 we purchased a few items and proceeded to the main till point and foun that their was a long que and 1 cashier, we where told to proceed to the exchange teller as we approached there we found 3 tellers helping out but 1 teller was on the phone i dont know how long the other teller finally called it a day and dissapered we where left with only 1 teller we had to wait for about 15 to 20 minuets without the que moving i finally got fed up and approached the manager to complain but there was a black gentleman standing next to her (rashika) who interupted our conversation and became rude ang agressive the manager (rashika) never said a word to him he refused to give his name and stated i quote" you can do what u want and nobody can do me anything " how true i made many calls to the call centre and was given the area managers name n number i contacted him and explained everything and he promised to come back to me but he never did i had to call him and the call centre than rashika phone and applogised to me and sudesh me that he will get the blak guy to call me and applogise nothing has happened as yet
