Bad customer service

I went to mamelodi crossing kfc wanted to buy street wise to the cue was on hold as the teller was giving a poor lady tough time on date 2013-12-26 on 10:10 as there were serving breakfast the teller insisted the lady as aker to buy breakfast though the lady wanted a menu to buy a meal which she didn't know the lady..The guy teller kept on giving bad attitude to the lady i and my friend went to the manager to tell him to resolve the matter as we were stuck the cue wasn't moving..Even manager gave us a back off poor customer management, lack of customer service and ability to work with customers is the problem. The manager was poor to make a decision i told them that i am going to held a complained against them i tried taking a picture of teller and he wanted to take my phone it felt down now my phone lensor is not taking pictures properly. This was totally unfair and disrespect from the manager and the guy teller.
