SA Post Office
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I went to the post office in Gonubie to collect my parcel. On my arrival I was the only cutomer in the post office. Teller 1 was already busy to reconsile her float so I went to Teller 2 who was still open. As I was the only customer I did not see the need to wait for her to call me and went to her window immediately. The abovementioned lady was on her cellphone busy. I greeted her and ask if she can help me as she was still busy looking at her phone. She did not even look up and I asked again if she is going to assist me. She then lifted her phone and in a slow motion she put it on the counter. Then only she looked up at me and asked if she can assist me. The deadly response she gave me was unexaptable and I requested another person to assist me. With her hand she said I must go to somebody else.By that time my blood was boiling because how can you work with the public with that deadly attitude? At the next Teller I requested to see the Branch Manager, who was not available, and then I requested to speak to the person second in charge. The lady, who's name I don't have, said that I can speak to her. I layed my complaint and requested the name of the teller.
