Bought Factory stock and got floor stock

My Fiance and I were shopping for couches and after being told by one of the floor sales personal (JOHAN CILLIERS) that if we placed an order today and paid upfront in cash we would receive factory stock by Wednesday. All together we happily bought 3 couches till I phoned Sevens a day before delivery to confirm and soon discovered that I would be getting SHOW ROOM STOCK which slipped out ACCIDENTALLY by Antoon (The sales manager)!! What a total disaster... to make matters worse that day I agreed to use show room stock TILL they could provide me with factory stock - which we bought in the first place, on condition that on the day of delivery Antoon would put what we had discussed on black and white on the invoice of delivery along with his signature!

Delivery took place but no letter from Antoon and to add the Cherry on the top - when I phoned him on the day he said I WAS LYING, he never said as written above! After I was accused of lying and making something up .. I will never support Sevens again
