Confirm delivery and then comes with an excuse

I applied for 2 samsumg phone contracts on cellfix Monday 4 November, Shivaani from dispatch phoned me on 7 November confirming the delivery address. On the 8th when the delivery was supposed to take place she informed me that there is no stock, and that the delivery will be delayed with yet another 4 days. Why in the 1st place did she confirm delivery if she did not have enough stock? Surely when you phone the customer to confirm the address of delivery, you have already packed the stock for the delivery! This is extremely unacceptable and unproffessional. Bad very bad!!! The advertisement reads delivery within 3 to 5 working days, not 7 working days!

As for the call centre lady Siphokazi, thank you for the excellent service and following up on my query.
