Where do I start???

Dion Wired released a Birthday Sale flyer this week containing all the items they have on special along with the price and a brief description. On the top of page 2, they advertised a DSTV HD PVR Decoder, was R2700, now R2000. Below the ad it reads in orange text "SOSAUDIO OPT5 FULL HD INSTALLATION OR XTRAVIEW UPGRADE".
I entered the store at about 19:45 to find out the details of this deal and how the installation works. After trying to find service, I couldn't get the salesman to explain how the installation worked or even get him to find the correct product, even though it was clearly marked on the shelf in front of him. I had to actually direct both him and his colleague to their store flyers and show them the ad as they didn't have a clue of what they were selling or what was on sale in their store. After seeing the ad, they still couldn't assist me and once again he picked up the wrong product and began to read the box to find the answer, eventually telling me that it said nothing on the box about installation and that he couldn't open the box to check inside.By this time I was both irritated and dumbstruck. I left without the product, fuming & irritated. Please help.
