Poor Service from delivery people

I have just purchased furniture at the Furniture City. They promised to call me 2 days before delivery.
They called me 1 day before in the afternoon. So had to ask my boss if i can take 2 hours off work to go open for these guys delivering my furniture. I leave work the next day at the time we had discussed and nobody is there any no one is calling to say they are running late. I call the factory to get hold of the manager who says they are lost eventually 45 minutes later they arrive but with only half of my furniture!!!

I call the factory they say they dont know i must call the store, i call the store they say they dont know i must call the factory. Eventually it is discovered that they have no stock at the factory they over booked and they dont know when they will be getting more stock.

So why couldn't some one call me to tell me that?
Why did i have 2 call 5 times to tell them what was going on and get information?
and now i have no bed as i moved my bed into storage to make room for my new one!!!

I must exclude Buhle and Gloria in sales as they were amazing.
