CHAIR CUSHIONS FALLING APART & NO OFFER TO REPLACE

I bought 14 chairs with covers to go with our table, delivered at the end of February 2012. Only 2 of the cushions are regularly used on a daily basis and some of the others say twice a month when we entertain. They have been washed no more than twice- they are cream - on a very light cycle.

By August, out of the14, 6 are badly splitting and the other 8 will split as they are so poorly made. The inners are too large for the covers.

I came into the store (Silverlakes) in September to show the store staff the problem (it was Antoon I think) and they said they would get me replacements for all 14.By November I have heard nothing. So I rang Sevens @ Silverlakes again and spoke to Antoon on the 28th November.

His excuses were poor. He said it was a factory fault and there was nothing he could do about it. He said if he gave me new ones, they would do the same again. This is just not good enough, if it is supplier fault then get new cushions made. He said the factory is closed for all of December and January.

There need to be replacements given. I have been sold a faulty products.

I have still not heard back and it is impossible to find a phone number for Sevens head office.
