Damaged Headboard not replaced after 4 months

On the 6th December 2012, I recieved delivery of furniture i bought at Rochester Woodmead. With this delivery, I recieved a damaged headboard of which I refused to accept and it was returned. I have been following with Rochester Woodmead and Yule- the distribution person for replacement item but to date I have not recieved this item. Initially I wrote to the Rochester Director listing my complain (in Dec 2012) and I finaly went Woodmead on the 16th March 2013 to demand that I get my headboard that fully paid prior to delivery. This Yule did not give me answers.

I will never buy again from Rochester, the services they give to their client is poor and there's hardly any services or followup you can expectv from these people. All you get is the promises as I was promised several ytimes tha my headboard is being attend to and to date I have not recieved it. All Imm expecting is the new headboard or Rochester to refund my money paid for.

The experience I had now with headboard will ensure that once this headboard is sorted, Ill never buy from them again- after 4 months of struggle, I think other retails can offer better service
