Mr Price

My sis in law received an sms thanking her for her purchase at MR Price, to the value if R 230.00, when she inquired she was told that a purchase was made on my account, there was a docket, but didn't even have her signature, the cashier i believe tried to bill this amount on her name and the cash from the till, this store does not even have cameras, when she spoke to the manager, it seemed like she swept this matter under the carpet, why was she given the cash, and not have the transaction reversed, she was told to come back the next day which is time consuming and travelling costs for fuel, who is going to compensate for this??? THIS IS AND THE STORE MANAGER IS PLAYING COVER UP FOR THE STAFF. I WANT A FULL INVESTIGATION OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS, WITH THE HEAD OFFICE AND SEEK LEGAL ADVICE. I WANT PROPER FEEDBACK FROM MR PRICE!!!
