Very Bad Attitude, Rude & Undermining

The above store advertise shoes on their display which the original price happened to be more. We went inside to purchase but were told off a different price. Management could not explain on how did that mistake happened of which it was on display for days she did the pricing herself. We were told we can escalate the complain to whoever as for them they will never allow a sale at the advertised price. The matter was reported to the head office which to date are awaiting, the regional manager was not helpful at all. I am a store card holder with all my accounts up to date with the store, the shoes were for my wife, saving to use the card we opted to purchase those in cash. that's where the the manager accused my wife of reporting to their office & tempering with the price tags. I was upset as we know those shoes could have been paid by credit card, realising their mistake, they started with their accusations which makes me angry as they could'NT apologise for their wrong pricing.
