On 25/01/2013 I ordered 4 x AOV (1033/1953) Bybels for my children with the intent of giving them as valentine's gifts. As on many other ocassions (this was already my 25th order), my parcel arrived within the expected delivery period of 8 working days, namely on 06/02. The Bibels I received were the 1983 Bybels. The first thing I did was to check the ISBN no. and compare with the number on the site. Voila. Root of problem solved. I contacted Kalahari and told them that the problem arose because I ordered according to the description, which I presume most people would do, but their ISBN is incorrect. Berco collected the parcel again on 07/02 and it was delivered on 08/02, however, Kalahari only acknowledged receipt on 13/02.

According to their Returns Policy they want to return the item to their suppliers to have them inspected BEFORE I can get a refund!! To date and time, namely 14/02 @ 14h00 absolutely nothing has been done and the ISBN numbers are still coupled to the incorrect descriptions. I found the correct ISBN no. on CUM's site and this is still linked to the KJV isiZulu Bible on Kalahari. Why must I suffer because of Kalahari's incompitence?
