How Kalahari destroyed my sons birthday

On Wednesday the15th I ordered a birthday present for my sons 10th birthday which is today the 19th... Items where in the delivery within two days section. When I checked on Friday morning when the parcel would come it said the 20th so I called and was told that they would arrange an overnight delivery to my house on Saturday. Well Saturday came and gone with no parcel arriving. I had to break the news to my son this morning who burst into tears!!! so thanks a lot Kalahari... You spoiled my sons birthday!!! I will be canceling this order with Kalahari 1st thing Monday morning and driving around today trying to find the item for him... Kalahari is a waste of time and money... This is not the 1st time my delivery is late from Kalahari, over Christmas my parcels where late as well... I will be using another online store who ALWAYS delivers when they say (takealot) looking forward to a response from Kalahari... From a disappointed mother and her son who's birthday is ruiend
