Items go Missing as Kagiso mall store

On the 5th December 2013, the security guard asked that I leave my possessions at the door. I refused but was told by the guard and store manager that my items would be safe. After I had completed my shopping and went back to collect my Items, they has supposedly disappeared. No one was taking responsibility for my missing goods. Both the store manager and Area manager were avoiding my calls and were passing the blame around. PLSSS HELP
