Grocery packer went the extra mile

Last week I popped in for some groceries, and just before paying; the lady packing my items into packets for me pointed out some mini tomatoes that had gone off. I hadn't even noticed it. I told her not to worry about it, as it was only a few out of the bag, but she went into the store for me and brought me a new pack.

Maybe this is an employee SOP, maybe she just cared a lot... either way, it was a very subtle good deed that has actually touched me, making me so much more proud to be a PnP regular customer.

I did not get her name unfortunately, but am rather impressed, as I was not expecting to be treated so well.

So thank you, to whomever will receive it. :-)
