Bad service

In my lunch time went to buy groceries, paid for it, cashier asked me if I had a bag said yes and after paying for groceries, she turned her back on me, and I had to pack my own groceries, when I asked her does she not pack groceries she said no she is not a packer, turning around she started scanning the other persons groceries, ignoring me. This was today at 12:24
Pick n Pay should send staff to Spar for customer training.
