WRONG ACCOUNT

I resigned from Edcon in August, had a staff account and when I left I was told that the account was going to be converted into a new account. In September I went into store to purchase something and the sco told me my account was invalid. Later in that month I went to go pay my installment but nothing was reflecting.

I sent emails to account department enquiring about my balance as I have been receiving a different statement every month.
For Novembers statement it shows that:
Balance : 0.00
Instalment : 0.00
Credit : 0.00

I have been receiving phone calls and letters telling me that I need to pay and will be handed over to lawyers yet on my statement it shows ZERO. I called the customer service and the consultant said the account is closed.

This is so frustrating!!! As this is a bad record on my name for not paying but Edcon can't make up their mind if I must pay or not.
