Listed on Transunion but no Statement received

Edcon sent me an sms stating that I'm placed on Transunion slow payer list although the account is not due more than 60 days.

Even though I'm labelled as a slow payer Edcon cannot even send me a statement of account detailing what I need to pay. how can i do a payment without knowing what to pay?

With all the sms's going around just paying money into an account number on an SMS is a very risky and dangerous practise.

I'm highly appalled and feel that my credit record is being made bad due to a company that cannot even get their act together.

I need to get a statement from Edcon ASAP and my name removed from a list they placed my name on wrongly.

First notice SMS was received 10 June and nou this? This is bad business practice and I will forward this to the Ombudsman as well.
