On the 26.07.2013 I had an ITC check done, It showed that I owe Jet a bal of R2700.00, I phoned them the 29.07.2013, My account was handed over to NB&A, I phoned them and I was told that the account is closed BUT there is a balance of R1.50 I have to pay before I can request a letter from Edcon confirming the account is closed and paid in full, I confirmed this with Edcon. I got into my car on the same day and paid the R1.50 on my account, I spoke to Edcon the afternoon and they told me the account is paid in full it will take 48hours before I receive the letter, By Wednesday afternoon no letter, I phoned again and was told the account is paid in full I will receive my letter by no later that Friday afternoon. It is Monday 05.08.2013 and still no letter, I phoned Edcon this morning and was told sorry you have a balance of R0.17 outstanding which I have to pay before they close the account, needles to say I Phoned NB&A they confirmed this but said they will send a letter throught so that Edcon will reverse this and send me a letter confirming it is paid BUT this will take 30 - 60 working days. I confirming Twice with Edcon my account is paid in full.
