BAD SERVICE EDCON

I have a credit balance of R283.91. Its gone over a month, they have not responded. I waited for 1 hour at EDGARS in Eastgate, then they said I must go to JET. I spent 2 hours at Jet Stores in Sandton while they contacted customer services office, nothing has happened. EDCON just don't care, because its a credit in the account. I even asked them to close my account.. what can I do? They say they cant do a refund from the store, yet they accepted payments when there was no balance on the account.
