I used to have a Staff Account with Edcon, which when I resigned the account waa converted to a normal customer account, n the balance was transfered to my new account, so I have been paying that account from an amount over R5000 to less than R1800 now, so all of a sudden when I tried to loan sum money from the bank, I was told about an amount of R4400 which they say I owe to Edcon, why did Edcon suddenly brings up the account that was settled?
