I purchased a dining room table on 11 May 2013 and delivery was arranged for 14 May 2013. Table was delivered but was damaged hence it was returned. Delivery was arranged for after 3pm but delivery truck arrived at my place at 13:48 and was constantly pestered by the call center to take delivery, I was also called by the call center client manager and threatened that the delivery truck will leave if I was noy there by 3pm. New table was delivered on 15 May 2013, this was also damaged. Third delivery was arranged for 16 May, table was delivered without the base!!! I then called the Design Quarter showroom and had to speak to an absolutely unhelpful manager by the name of Nicole. This is totally unacceptable!!!
