We purchased a fairly expensive lounge suite from Coricraft Kollonade two weeks ago. Upon purchase we informed the sales staff that we lived on the sixth floor and the furniture would need to be hoisted. We were told that this wasn't a problem and charged a hoisting fee. We received two phone calls in that time confirm delivery scheduled for the Thu 28 Mar, in which we again stipulated the nature of our living situation. My husband and myself took leave to be here for the delivery. When the drivers got here, LATE they told us that they weren't even aware of the hoisting but only went up to the 3rd floor anyway. We tried to resolve this to no avail, and with arrogance we were informed that "it was not the transport companies problem" they left with the couches. With the branch and warehouse unable to resolve this, we finally took it upon ourselves to hoist the couches ourselves with the agreement they would be returned today (Saturday) as per warehouse manager, Reyno. We were told we would receive a call, which we didn't, we had to call him. He said he would phone us at 1pm to confirm the truck has left. We have heard nothing, and the offices are now closed. This group is a joke!
