Poor repair and more damage to couches

After /- 4 months certain parts of the couches material started cracking, stitching came loose and one seat started sagging. Contacted house and home to come and inspect. They took 02 of the couches away for repairs and were going to take the other couch on return of the other 02 couches. It took more than 3 months for them to repair and return the couches. On return of the 02 couches there was more damage to the couches than when they were taken for repairs the first time. Showed the delivery guy, he took pictures to show them at the office and I called House and Home immediately to let them know. At this time the delivery guy took the other couch for repairs. After 2 weeks an onsite repair man arrived, took pictures and said it must be returned for repairs. It has now been over a month and I have not yet heard from House and Home as to what they are going to be doing and they still have not yet returned my other couch. I am unimpressed with the poor service and communication with House and Home. I have to keep phoning just to be given excuse after excuse, yet I am still expected to pay my monthly account for damaged goods.
