Order a botch up from start to... no end in sight

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 15 Dec. '12 & it has been a total mess of an order. This is the first time I have bought from Zando and it is probably the last. Firstly, my order which was supposed to be delivered in 4 bus days did not arrive until 2013! This was only after me calling the Courier (shouldn't be me) a zillion times and eventually shouting at them... I don't like to do that. A few days before delivery I got an email telling me 1 item was out of stock even though the website allowed me to order it. My CR took several working days. When the other 2 eventually arrived 1 of the pairs was not for me & I was told that MY pair was now out of stock. The incorrect pair was collected VERY quickly. I am now STILL waiting for my CR for the pair that did not arrive. Apparently, the CR was initiated on 2 Jan... 8 bus days ago. Yesterday I was promised that I would receive the CR last night but as expected it did not. I have had to regretfully resort to these measures... hellopeter. CRs should be the same day like the DRs are, there is no reason they can't be. I am fed up and I think Zando owes me for all my phone calls, time, interest on the outstanding CR and frustration.
