APPAULED BY SUCH A MAJOR COMPANY

I purchased a camera from Clicks, Promenade yesterday only to be assisted by very unhelpful lady with absolute no clientele. She had no customer service with nasty look on her face. As A loyal CUSTOMER I expected to be advised of what I would need for the use of the camera, instead I had to practically beg her to tell me what I need especially the type of batteries to use. Clearly the staff don't have any product knowledge because I was given the wrong battery size too. Which meant I had to drive all the way back to the shop to exchange the batteries and still had to pay in a difference... NO LENIENCY and they were at fault. To top that off the camera screen had scratches all over it and when I spoke to the supervisor on duty, I was told they receive the goods sealed and that it's not their fault. They are only made aware if there is a problem once customers complain. Once again you people sell goods to the public without inspection!!!
However there was a gentleman last name Smith who helped me instead of letting me stand in the queue again. He went out of his way and I appreciated that sincerely.

Just because it's Mitchell's Plain don't drop the level of service please.
