I have taken my samsung camera to customer services no less than 5 times now. I have spent over R1000 on repairs (more than the value of the camera...) and the latest in the saga, is that I received the camera back with a cracked front screen, which they claimed was my fault, and now expect me to pay for. The camera has never yet been fixed satisfactorily, and every time it goes back they tell me it's my fault, and I must pay again to have it repaired. And there seems to be no other channel to turn to for help.
