ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

This store double debited by account on a single transaction, and then refused to contact the bank to get the money released after I have shown proof. They said the bank must sort it out. The product I purchased was also a battery that did not work in my camera, and upon returning it were helpful to try and test more batteries but no sign of a refund or the mention of it.. even though the product they sold me says it is not compatible with the camera. I am taking this battery back and requesting a refund.
