Poor Product satisfaction

Good Evening,

I am extremely dissatisfied with your product Duracell Plus Power AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.

I have a 12.1 Mega Pixel Cannon Camera which is rather basic, I purchased your product mentioned above at a Pick n Pay in Ceres on the 22nd August 2013 at 19:13pm and to my amazement the batteries did not last one day in side my camera. It cost me R29.99 for the two batteries which did not even take 99 photo graphs, the previous pair of batteries (Energizer) which was in the camera took over 600 photos and about 15 videos.

There is a guarantee on the packing that states "Quality power, guaranteed to last". Sp prove it.
I still have the purchase receipt and packaging of the batteries.
