They refused to act as according to their promises

I bought two wedding rings on the 01st/11/2013.

The two looked dull within a space of one month. I tried to return my husband's band for an exchange and the lady humiliated me saying that I should have it cleaned regularly to keep it shiny.

According to the reverse of their slip "if the goods are defective because of the way they are made, you can return them within 6 months of the date you bought them..." "... we will either repair or replace the ; or give you a refund in the same way that you paid for the goods."

I was humiliated as the sales lady refused to do neither of the above.
