Sick and Tired!!!

I got retrenched on 18.10.2013 and went to the Edgars Branch in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall to hand in all my papers because I have a protection plan on my account. All was handed in and the lady filled in the book and told me I will be contacted soon. It's been over a month, I have received multiple calls to pay my account, received a letter Ref: C22. After every call I tell the consultants that I have handed in my papers and everyone says they will make a note of it! Nothing is being done! I have been a loyal customer for almost 10yrs now and I am really really getting sick and tired of this!!!
