I bought a fridge & a TV worth 30k. In less than a month the Friedge just stopped working. Instead of getting a new Friedge I'm told I have to wait 3 days for a technitian to come assess this broken frustration while my food rots away.

I spoke to the manager who also was not helpful
I then requested a full cancellation of the purchased goods where I was told in his words "that will never happen"

I refuse to do any further business with this company and just request that they take their goods as its less than 30 days from the transaction and refuse to.
This incompetency has financially impacted me and expect to be compensated for my losses

In the mean time I will wait for Wednesday and no go to work and wait for the technitian
I also requested the infornation he gave me about no refund after 14 days which he couldnt provide
As a store manager he has dismally failed me and as said refuse to do any further business with hifi corppration
