Fridge Nightmare

We bought a DEFY fridge in December last year from game. It stopped working last week. It took us an entire week to get a refund because the fridge was out of stock since November last year..

We where given a refund (voucher) we paid and extra R2000 rand for an LG fridge which arrived earlier today, it was unpacked and put in place by the delivery guys. When we turned it on it only blows hot air even after 8 hours.

My other problem is the delivery, I took a days leave and they didn't show up at all, we then asked them to collect and deliver after 17:00 we where told that's fine, but both times they called me at work in the middle of the day to tell me they waiting outside!!

So now almost 2 weeks without a fridge, living off take always and throwing away all our food which was 100's of rands worth. We have another broken fridge and have to start this terrible process all over again, it makes my blood boil words can't even begin to explain how frustrating this all is.
