Bad attitude/ Bad Service/No response

1. I bought a fridge 22 November 2013. Upon switching it on it did not get cold. A replacement fridge was supposed to be sent the next day but only got delivered on the 26 November 2013. The branch manager did not want to help, did not have any solutions and he was rude and told me that its not his problem, i then spoke to the PA of the regional manager Arshaad, she then got the fridge delivered in no time. All the items purchased went bad, she told me that Arshaad would contact me by close of business to advise me on the way forward.

1. when i spoke to the salesperson he said the fridge would work after 12 hours. I did tell him that we had just fully stocked the fridge. He said he would send a replacement fridge to us straight away.
2. The branch manager did not want to help, he said its out of his hands.
3. Is it my fault that the fridge did not work.
4. Should i be paying for all the food that had gone bad, becasue as far as i was conerned i had a working fridge.
5. Game did not get back to me in this regard, when i spoke to Victor the manager. He said he does not know what i am talking about. I feel as a customer i deserve good service.
