Not received 10% Back from the Registry 1 yr late

I closed my registry soon after my weddingin which was held on 16 December 2012 and tried to claim my 10% back as was promised to me. The Fourways branch were unable to help me and so I got a hold of head office. I was told it was sorted and I could pick up my voucher. I went back 3 times!!! Each time I was told that head office was offline and so they couldn't give me the 10% voucher. This was all in July 2013. I gave up for a while and in the past month I have been back to the store 4 times. Each time it seems that head office is the problem. First my registry was no longer online, then they gave the store the registry number and now requested the store to email them. I emailed head office about this and have not received a reply as yet. Not only has this not been resolved, but at no point has head office apologised to me or the staff at Fourways Mall for their incompetence. I would like this to be satisfactorily resolved asap, as I am owed this 10%.
