Unacceptable incompetency

My Fianc? and I created our wedding registry at the Cavendish branch of @Home. We created our profile and scanned our desired items with no issue; however, when we were done Francois (the employee handling our account) informed us that the scanner was faulty, but it shouldn't be a problem they would upload the items onto our registry the very next day. 3 weeks later and nothing has been loaded onto our wishlist, I have been back to the store repeatedly and have been dismissed every time with the same promise that the wishlist will be uploaded that evening. I have also sent through a query to the head office (via their website) and have received no form of communication.

This is exceptionally frustrating for us as we wish to get our invites out in the next week, but are unable to do so until we are sure that the registry has been sorted out. This service and lack of attention is unacceptable.
