Your mistake but NO apology!!!

I decided to use Mr Price home for my kitchen tea gift registry! I only chose about about 10-12 items so not a very big registry but still as my friends and family bought the items nothing was taken off the registry! I therefore received double and triple items! Not only is it inconvenient to have to take everything back to the store but also makes my friends and family annoyed as it ruins the opening of gifts as most of it was doubles!! When I took everything back to the store I was not offered an apologies or even a simple sorry!! It looked like the staff and manager were fed up because they had to scan and find barcodes (like this was my fault) it costs a company who has received business through my registry NOTHING TO APOLOGISE!!! This should not have happened in the first place.. The other store that I used for my registry was brilliant not one duplicated item!!! Poor service bad response and rude staff!!!
