Gift Registry Disaster-No feedback from website

We got married at the beginning of September and our experience with the Mr Price Gift Registry was a very negative one (we would have changed it had we not printed our invites) We had real difficulty actually adding things to the registry. Then a number of our guests experienced problems when trying to buy gifts- the store was offline so couldn't print the list (my aunt tried 3 times!), they couldn't easily identify the items in store because of unclear descriptions and they don't delete items off the list once purchased as we received a number of duplications (4 of an item we only wanted 1 of! and a few other double-ups) Isn't that the point of a registry- to take away the inconvenience of having to return things.
I wrote an email using the Mr Price Home website with my complaint and some recommendations to improve the registry service last week Friday. I got an email saying they would get back to me within 24 hours... well it's been an entire week and I've heard nothing! If you're getting married and considering a registry at Mr Price Home- think twice- it may cause more frustration than joy! We're very dissapointed.
