DISGUSTING INDOOR STAFF ASSISTANCE

I received shocking service from 2 staff members at this store. I asked for their help but were more interested in chatting to one another and just pointed down the aisle where I was suppose to find the item and walked away and the item was not even in that aisle!!! There after I had to find another staff member to assist me!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! I try calling the customer care line to complain and get music on the other end for nearly 15minutes! Seriously this is not on at all! DISGUSTING SERVICE ALL ROUND!
