Buying a PVR

I was sent to the Westgate branch on Tuesday, 26 November to purchase a PVR. Due to heavy traffic I dashed into the store only a couple of minutes before closing - not a nice thing to do, I know, but I live far from this branch and I couldn't come back the next day! The team helped me get the PVR and patiently waited until all the details were all sorted out! Not one of the sales staff became irritated - smiles and good humour made this shopping experience a pleasure - and this a store I will definitely return to for good service and a happy atmosphere! Well done
