Will never buy from them again

They could not help me with a sale and delivery. I bought a bedroom suite which was supposed to be delivered in Newcastle. They did not check if the item is available or not, they just processed the sale. I then took my own time to call Newcastle because i was in a hurry to get the things for my wedding. Newcastle said they don't have the item in stock. I then call the sales person who helped me, her answer was that Newcastle must sort it out her work was done. After a day I went to the store, I was lucky to find Mr. Zwane. He helped a lot, in 2min he managed to get me the bedroom suite in Ermelo. He arranged for the transportation of the things to Newcastle. Then there was an issue of payment, I said to them I need to pay off the things within 6 months starting from end of Oct 2013. They said "NO PROBLEM" it will be done. Oct came and they did not take their money. 1 week after payday they called to ask if I received my stuff, I asked when they are going to take their money and they told me my stuff were not loaded yet and I must come to the store and pay by hand. Again I had to call the call centre people to do their work. the assisted me within 5min. I think you hired wrong ppl
