Disgusted by poor customer service and attitudes

Went to the store to return baby shower gifts waited for about 15 mins to be helped only 2 tellers available so slow and a long queue then got to the cashier to, exchange and was told that I couldn't get a gift card even this I had da price tickets so I asked for the prices to get us thing else the cashier said she had no calculator to give me an amount to purchase I then called for the manger which I waited for another 15mins at 9months pregnant I stood and waited no one came so I left the store with all my things my experience was miserable and the staff don't care very bad customer service and reflection to the retail store
