Bad service And poor attitude

I went to Game on the 7 June to purchase a power tool they advertised as being on sale. Unable to find any stock on the shelves I hunted down a sales person who was not aware of the product. I was passed on to two more sales people and finally offered a rain check for the item.
I waited patiently for their call back, today after two weeks I called the branch.
The printout of the callback request the store gave me says "In the unlikely event that you have not had a reply to your enquiry by 14 June pls contact store manager"
It's the 21 June...
When the manager answered the call, if he is the manager because he did not introduce himself, I asked for his name and he said it was Adam. I explained the situation in a calm manner hoping for a better customer experience, unfortunately this was not the case. He neither apologized for the poor service nor returned my call as he said he would.
Game senior management and public relations dept, we never see or meet you, your staff is all we know of your company and they have really disappointed me. They are meant to keep all your promises and they have failed dismally. A manager who doesn't have any inclination on how to treat customers? Poo
