ANNOYED AND IRRITATED - NO ASSISTANTS

I went to the Game at the Pavillion branch to buy a sewing machine on Saturday the 26th October 2013. At that department there was not a single person to help. So my husband walked around and found a person to help and he said that he does not work in that department but will get somebody to help me.

We waited 25minutes and nodbody helped. I then confronted the Manager of the Store and he said somebody will be with me shortly as he has paged the person incharge of the department.

I waited another 15 minutes and still nobody. I left the machine and walked out of Game.

This is not the first time i had a problem with Game. There are so many workers that just walk around but they do not help. Another thing with Game is they will advertise for a certain product but when you go to buy the specific product, they dont have stock. This is more annoying than anything else because you drive a distance to purchase goods and they say they dont have stock. GAME HAS LOST YET ANOTHER LOYAL CUSTOMER.
