Atrocious Customer Service

I went to the hayfields matrix branch to buy a laptop which i had seen on their store pamphlet. From the minute I walked into the shop there was a bad attitude from the staff, no warm smiles and willingness to help instead they made me feel like i was irritating them. They were out of stock of the laptop i wanted and with attitude they told me to come back after 30 minutes to fetch it while they get one from another shop. I told them i couldn't wait and that i would be back the following day. Even with all the interest that i showed to buy the laptop no one took down my details to maybe call me the following day. On my return the following day (31 July 2013), the laptop still wasn't there, they made me wait for a good 20 minutes with no one telling me what was going on. I eventually had to leave the shop and drive to another side of town to buy the laptop there. I am not a person who likes to complain but the bad attitude and the atrocious service was just too much!
