Wrogly configured bed

Hi there, I am actually utter disgusted by the service I received from this company since day 1, this matter has not been resolved, I am someone who is away from home, I was under the impression that Furniture city has resolved this problem, Fourways store came to my house to assess the problem, the advised that the bed was wrongly configured by their own stuff, I was told that they will come back which they never did, now I am not even sleeping on that bed, i can't even remove out of my room because the screws were wrongly configured, this is the final notice
