Unprofessional behaviour from Pick n Pay staff

Good day

Yesterday at Pick n Pay, Vangate mall, I felt totally disrespected as a customer from Pick n Pay staff. I was browsing at the cereal in one of the aisles and came across a biltong stand at the end of the aisle. Some of the biltong was full of moss and fungi, so I wanted to inform one of the staff members about the issue. I wasn't planning to buy any biltong but I thought I would just bring it to their attention. I finally see 3 female Pick n Pay staff members strolling down the adjacent aisle together and I call one of them, and she looks straight in my face, the other one sees me too and they walk straight pass me, I call again and the one lady flicks her hand at me as if to say Ag whatever, and she shouts I'M COMING NOW. I could not believe the way they treated me, do they treat all customers this way? I felt insulted and I wanted to swear at her but I kept calm. I eventually went to complain at the managers office but he was more concerned about about the biltong on the shelves, he wasn't concerned about how I was treated at all. What if I was a tourist, it's a bad image not just for Pick n Pay but South Africa too.
